The DaCapo Early Years Music Education Programmme is based on the principles
established by Kodaly and Dalcroze. The programme introduces children to
all the elements needed to become confident, competent and rounded musicians.
Separate classes run on Monday mornings in Jericho and Friday mornings in
Summertown for children under 2 1/2 with parents/carers and for children
over 2 1/2. There are also classes on Saturday mornings for pre schoolers
and 5/6 year olds at Wolvercote Primary School.

These take place at the Phoenix Cinema in Walton Street and have also been

The Baby Cafe - Roundabout Centre
An informal drop-in to support women who are breastfeeding and pregnant
women wishing to find out more about it.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and volunteers always on hand. Enjoy free

We offer a lending library of breastfeeding and babycare books and breastpump
loan.

Please put a note in the new version of the book that the Play Centre can
be reached easily via the last stop in Pegasus Road for the number 1 or
5 bus from town via Cowley Road. However, the walk involves crossing a piece
of wasteland and I would not advise it in the dark during the winter.
